I came across this material like a week and a half ago. Haven’t got any clear flashes yet but I’m persuaded there is something here. I fit the description perfectly of someone with tension and I realized I never used to notice anything in my peripheral. about -4.25 right eye -4.5 left. I did notice that one day while walking in my neighborhood seeing the peripheral my body felt less tension overall. I think seeing in this way takes away some of the tension we feel when we have tunnel vision. We become more passive recipients of environmental energy and neurotic inner dialogue / thoughts slow down. I will be around here for a while. I do these “techniques” pretty much all day. I’m going to be patient because I’ve been in glasses for like 16 years. I cried when they put me in glasses as a kid. I thought they were ugly. Now I realize how unwise and damaging it was. Poor vision in nature = weak prey. Being able to see clearly naturally is a great gift.

Update: So I think I found a way to induce stinging/tears. When doing the rocking side to side, I intentionally did not blink. Occasionally, I would half-blink. I did this for a couple minutes, closed my eyes, and the eyes kind of stang, clearly worn out from the movement/not blinking. One time they even teared up. I noticed very slight improvement, maybe a fraction of a diopeter. Will keep experimenting. While I was doing this, I would track the movement between two objects or the entire plane of vision.

The journey trully begins when we understand that clear flashes or 'active focus' are not "correcting" or "fixing" our eyeballs tissues or doing some crazy thing inside our brains, the journey begins when we realize that thoses clear flashes are teaching us how life is supposed to be. That's the hard part of the journey.

Thanks for the video! The best thing I have experienced after engaging your vision improvement techniques is my state of mind: I am having more fun! So again, much appreciation for your work. Happy weekend! Mahalo! 🤙

@@SuenosDePaz7 Actively, only the past week. And no clear flashes, my vision is pretty bad so that will take a while. But I am getting moments of better acuity, and my eyes feel better throughout the day. And as mentioned, I feel more relaxed and engaged with events around me. For me, personally, all this ties in well with a more mindful outlook on life. Eyesight improvement will, I am certain, be a outgrowth of the entire experience. Good luck to you! 🌞

@@jonkomatsu8192 I agree with this. I also am fewer than two weeks in. I’ve found that noticing periphery helps calm neurotic inner dialogue and too much thinking (blocks to being mindful). The feeling of seeing clearly without glasses is that you don't have to struggle, as if a greater force were guiding, as if the head and body were in tune with the gravitational center of the planet, as if we were a puppet in a Japanese theater where other people move us (as if something moves us). And what an interesting analogy, "other people" drives us, we can trust other people without having to mentally check that we're doing it right, because we're doing it right and no matter what they say. Apparently vision problems have a lot to do with self-esteem, with valuing yourself without having to use a mold as an example, it's just being who you were born to be.

My older sister (who has good eyesight) and I were talking about lighting her house. She then said "when I put the lamp on the ceiling my attention goes entirely to the light of the lamp, so I prefer to put the lights at half height". And that makes a lot of sense, people who see perfect have a good affinity with light sources, with objects that reflect light, with things that shine. When I practice with the mirror reflection I notice that I am being nourished by the light reflected by the mirror, that calms me down, that surpasses the barrier that I unconsciously created to not see the light. Perhaps, people in human history love objects that reflect light (rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, jewelry) because in addition to attracting the attention of the others because they are a 'source' of light, these objects also help other people to see better because it is a spotlight, a transmitter of light. I was wondering how to replicate the good results I get with the mirror and now I know that if I look for reflections of light on a daily basis (metal surfaces of windows, reflection of light reflecting on cars, reflection in puddles water, reflections from metal taps, reflection in tiles and brighter floors), my vision remains clear. Before, seeing these reflections of light was painful, uncomfortable, blinding the vision. Now I feel calm, relaxed, comfortable and I see everything with a wealth of details, even things very distant 200 ~ 300 meters (which are still sharp but small in the background scenery) It is a very basic thing if we think about it, but that in modern life many fundamental truths have been lost and it seems to be something new.

As you said before, it is to convince the brain that it is not to be so difficult, that it can be simple. That we need to accept being "vulnerable". In fact, many people confuse the word "trust" with being "irresponsible". I once read in a response from the Quora website, a guy asked "why does life so hard?" one person replied "life is easy and beautiful, people who insist on being challenged all the time." This applies to improved vision. Some people are not ready for that yet. The great delay in the process is not the fact that the techniques are ineffective, the delay lies in breaking the limiting beliefs of the person. It may take months or years, but as soon as the person allows the solution to be simple and trust the whole process, everything starts to work.

That is exactly right! The older I get, the easier things get. Drove fast in my teens, now I drive slow in my adulthood. I have a fast motorcycle but I drive it like a turtle. I wanted to be best at everything when I was young. Now I want to understand everything and don't care about being the best. I let go of a lot of things I was told growing up and now I observe and let me mind/body determine what is so. Life is so much easier when you're not trying so hard.
