@@deashiarogers2036 My mother was very interested in astrology, while my interests have leaned more toward astronomy. I know many astronomers get frustrated by astrology, as a disservice to science, and I can understand their point of view as educators. I do however recognize the appeal of astrology. I think astrology celebrates the creativity of humans in a wonderful way whereas Astronomy celebrates the creativity of the Universe and human willingness to pit ourselves against even the most difficult challenges.

Sometimes we need to step back and appreciate where we are in the evolution of our species. I’m someone whose knowledge of space went as far as going to the planetarium on a school trip, I actually had the privilege of meeting Dustin and just listening to the passion in his voice when he spoke about what he does peaked my interest and made me not just look up and see the stars but to really look up and notice how beautiful they are
