This story is amazing and inspiring af. For real, this story is ME. Thank you so much for what you do @Raelyn 🙏🏼💜 also, I love her shout out to Dan Buglio (I’m in that group) and she’s spot on regarding Miguel’s $6k bs. Bus this woman omg, it’s all about safety! I’m starting to get it I think finally. Long Covid for 2.5 years now. But really, I can now trace it back to being medicalized 5 years ago. But yeah, calm, safety and most importantly I’m beginning to embrace this as a much needed long over due lifestyle change after a life time in the music industry. 🙏🏼💜🙏🏼

Yes! It's up to us. Even when we are dealt a challenging hand, we can find a way to undo some of the internal reaction and have a well-deserved content life.

Thanks Raelan. KZbin says "Background play isn't available for this video." (For all your member only videos). All your non- member videos do play in the background. It would be so helpful if you could allow that for your member site. I listen while working. Thanks!

@@lorikendall2213 recovery is based on some pretty simple concepts is how I see it. So Raelan‘s program and price was perfect for letting people get their toe in the water regarding what it is all about. And it’s really about following the brain training concepts, which are very basic tell your brain you’re fine. Tell your brain you’re fine in many different ways, but also being with other people that are going through this. It is absolutely vital even if you just join to have community it will be priceless because you have to find your peeps (people!)

Raelan I have a question: I recently started my own version of brain retraining piecing info. together from online, videos on your channel etc. I didn't want to pay for a programme so not sure if I'm doing it correctly. Anyway, I've noticed my appetite has increased massively since I started doing this, I feel ravenous all the time whereas previously I really struggled to eat. I'm also doing carnivore for my health. Is this appetite increase normal with brain retraining, in your experience? Thanks!

Thanks again for another story of recovery. Was this over edited? Seemed rushed and jumped forward a bit? How exciting for you to have someone on thats recovered using your program!! Good for you. Love the comment: not a break down but a break through, thats quite profound.

Part of it I think is me :-) I talk fast and I jump around. My mind goes fairly quickly now. In fact, my intuition is off the charts because I broke open a very long term symptom of fear which squashes intuition. so I calm my happy psyche down tell it that we’re better and try to do less things :-)

I know you have interviewed a ton of people and have talked to other leaders of brain retraining programs, do you know of anyone else without a thyroid that has had this illness and has recovered or could you find out if another coach knows of someone in this situation? I had mine removed when living in mold before finding the mold and thought thyroid was my issue, clearly it wasn’t. But now I’m in CFS Recovery and it is helping but I would love to hear from someone who actually doesn’t have a thyroid and has recovered.

I think she said she got better when she stopped all the supplements at one point, but I couldn’t tell. Like it shifted her thinking? A bit confused about that. Can someone clarify? ❤
@rialtagirl
@rialtagirl 2 ай бұрын
The supplement regimen did help with my health, it didn't move my recovery forward. But it sent me in a direction of better health which was necessary for me. I did Keto 2 times before I got sick. I believe that it may have contributed to my illness. My body was heading downhill to the crash and I stressed my body with the Keto diets. These weren't "keto ice cream" diets. They were 30g carb/day lots of meats, etc. It was gross "dirty" Keto. Not good for someone whose system is starting to be compromized.

Interesting. I am not discounting it for some people, but before travelling I get so excitedly happy that I can't sleep. After not falling asleep due to happiness, I realize I will be tired and then get anxious about falling asleep. Then I am up all night worried about being exhausted on my trip. This can send me into a fibro/ibs flair. When travelling, unless there are no fans, no heat pumps, blackout curtains, no weird chemical cleaning product smells, I can't sleep. Travelling is not relaxing at all for me.

This is very weirdly edited. There is information jumps. I think rather make it longer and comprehensive than rush through for the sake of having shorter video. Shorter doesn't mean better, imo.
