What wonderful gifts! I have that vegan pantry book, and need to check out the cheese book. It's so sad that Miyoko was made to step out of her position after she founded the company, her cheese is the best. I love the smoked gouda and black ash, but they don't sell online anymore and I can't find those flavors locally 🙁. I wonder if they are in the book?!

I love making vegan pudgy pies with the pie iron. Usually pizza related or stuffed grilled cheese. Great meal over a campfire. 😊
