Take Rest only if you feel pain

Your muscles grow when you are resting, so do it on day 1, rest on day 2, repeat. If you are still sore on day 3, make it a rest day and continue the exercise on day 4.

*Incorrect. Guarantee, you have a dad bod. High reps can ABSOLUTELY build muscle, especially with harder pushup variations, time under tension, and pause reps. You know nothing about fitness.* 🤡

Half reps are better more tension and tears muscle faster
