"the oscillation between hot and cold" I used to live there, shoutout to my daddy issues 🤙, but those experiences really gave me the necessary perspective to fully grasp why it IS important to notice the signs of control/MANipulation from the beginning. I also just wanted to add, that being single doesn't mean you are bitter, lonely, or jaded, sometimes you need to be single to explore the depths of your self-love. Facts! Having been in an abusive relationship, I totally agree, it is essential to learn about manipulation and controlling tactics so that you can identify them and protect yourself. My ex was using strategies on me that I didn't know existed and that I never would have thought of because my mind just doesn't work that way. Once I learned about them though and could see what he was doing, I knew he would never change and I got out. Thanks for sharing this important information.

I take pride in being vulnerable and then when men directly try to mistake it as gullible based on them showing me reasons I can no longer trust I become “cold and unbothered” if they try to use it all against me 😂😂😂 it fucks men up everytime…former anxiously attached goddess and it was a place where I ain’t want them to go through the process of them “asking” for me back…I didn’t let the spin the block part drag….but nowwwww I look forward to the end of the love bombing stage 💯when I see I’m no longer treated how I was treated initially❤😂😉
