I think an important thing to remind women is that we aren’t meant to smell like roses down there. It’s an organ. It’s going to have some sort of smell and as long as it’s not fishy or anything (this could mean you have an infection), and you are cleaning yourself daily, your vaginal smell is normal. Smelling “good” does not equate to using a bunch of products that are bad for your PH levels. Ladies, just be sure to wash yourself daily (this doesn’t mean soap INSIDE the vaginal canal, that part is self cleaning), this means cleaning the outside bits. Drink lots of water and eat healthy, this helps you stay fresher, taste better, and balances your ph levels. :) oh also, pro tip. If you can’t shower before oral, having a bidet is so nice. There is a setting for women where it can wash the front and not just the back. You can get them on Amazon for $50

I agree being totally hairless is kinda creepy like a kid or something, but I also don’t want to be hairy anywhere the guy will have his mouth lol. So I shave (or wax) everything except the strip above the vagina, on the pelvic bone. Actually even if I’m not having sex atm I do this just to stay hygienic. I'm an older single woman and what I've noticed is that men are more eager, enthusiastic and skilled in pleasing a woman orally than they were, say 20 years ago. No complaints here. There’s a big difference in oral sex with a man who is just simply trimmed, and completely natural. I shave completely-my own preference-and have done so for the past 20 years, so thankfully my husband is on board with that 😂 I think really it’s just a personal preference/decision between couples. We are taught basic hygiene during childhood & sexual education in our early teens, so I was surprised that the most common response involved cleanliness. Clean mouth including dental flossing and dental visits. He needs to do that as part of his regular routine, not just before getting intimate. It's not just for hygiene reasons, but for what it says about him as a person (eg bad oral hygiene probably also means poor finances, poor reliability, poor discipline etc). I don't mind a bit of armpit smell (depending on what it smells like) but clean butt and clean hands and feet. I like hair. I feel like there is something sad about a man feeling like he has to shave his body. Hair is so masculine, why would I want him to deny that! But no beard unless he is fastidious about it. I kissed someone once with a beard and it smelled oily and gross and was a permanent turn off. I think it's likely very hard to keep a beard clean with all the food etc, plus lots of men don't shave because they're lazy, which is a bigger turn off than any smell could ever be.

Brushing teeth and floss are absolùtely important jndeed but many people forget to daily brush their tongue. You’re right about “ Oral Health” . When I was working at a place called “ Les Girls” in San Diego, I was headed back stage when all of a sudden I was grabbed and backed against the wall and kissed. Try to shower daily and keep wet wipes handy. Take probiotics and eat a healthy balanced diet and drink lots of water. Treat infections early on that fishy odor is not normal. This advice applies to both women and men.

As a women for myself mostly I feel most comfortable with no hair on my being, because it just annoying and creates a heat space for sweating. For the guy, removed completely or yes well trimmed is best, it's hard to enjoy and stay in a good vibe when you consantly got random hair interrupting the event and I find male hair grows thicker and more out of control so it easily causes more sweating and bad smelling.

Hygiene in general is a very important thing, how the guy takes care of his body and environment ! Hygiene down there is important for sure,nevertheless dependent on the situation, if both of you really want to do it in a precise moment you can sure keep an eye closed on it and still have good time. Waxing isn’t important, however it is nice if the guy is a bit groomed down there. The thing about hygiene is apart from the obvious of not having showered for a day or more, or not cleaning properly, what do the guys mean? Are they assuming a lack of hygiene when it's been a few hours after a shower and you've been out to dinner or a party? Exactly this! We can’t always be directly out of the shower! If you go out on a date or have spontaneous sex there is going to be potentially hours since showering there.
