Thank you for asking for comments - I was just starting t daydream about a moment last week when I put on a mini-dress and high heels for my man and then we sat down. I sat in my office chair and he sat on a stool at the end of my desk. I wanted to rest my legs on his laps and he warmly gathered them into his lap and began to touch my bare legs up and down and on and on and it went on for a really long time! I was feeling like I was truly loved- like I was the most magnificent creature ever to walk the earth! He was enjoying every detail of my legs and I told him it was the most wonderful moment of my entire life. What a sweetheart.

One observation i have had is how Dads raise their daughters thru love language. If a Dad gives his daughter lots of affection, hugging etc.. girls grow up to recognize touch as a love language, same holds true thru gifting. Direct correlation here. Gifts and acts of service is my 2 languages.

I love the unassuming touch, that happens spontaneously. My special person touched his pointer finger to my hand when we were sitting beside each other and he was teaching me leather mask making and time stood still. Another time was when he was trying on one of my hoodies I sell and I was standing behind him smoothing it out on his back and then I became aware that I had used both my hands in slow gentle motions feeling his back and that he was standing so still, not moving a muscle. Very insightful information. The part where you talk about women receiving a man's touch hit me as one big area that was a problem in my failed marriage. He loved to tickle me, but did it all the time to the point of annoyance. I enjoy being tickled but not all the time and not as rough/playful as he did. I tried to talk to him about it and let him know I needed it to be more gentle and not every 5 seconds. He didn't adjust and I continued to be annoyed. Eventually thru the years, he stopped. Then I was hurt that he stopped. So I can see how important it is to a man to have the woman be receptive. But he should have been more adaptive to my needs. Your video explains a lot of this to me. This is good advice to prepare for when the next one does come and it’s going to be good. I have been a single mom for almost 8 years and only had one sexual partner in the last 4 years. I should have kept my hands to myself because I was so wanting physical touch I ended up wasting it on someone who was super lousy in bed and he wasn’t interested in me anyway. I saved this video from 2 years ago. I am in a new relationship and came across it again. HOLY COW ! This spoke to me in so many areas. Every touch you mentioned has been done with my man. He is very communicative, and has specifically let me know one of his needs. The kiss. He made it clear he didn't like " peck " hellos and goodbyes . He thought they were " lazy " , I responded with " perfunctory " and he said exactly! He needs a longer kiss...not necessarily a sexual kiss, but a lingering one. One of the things he continues to share with me, is how I touch him. How much he appreciates and values it. My lips when we kiss, the way I am playful, or how I stroke, massage, or graze his body. This video reminded me, about the LL's . HELlo! His LL is physical touch! He also mentioned how I react/respond to his touch! Smacks self in forehead 😳... one of the things he brought up was, when we were going to sit at a table. I suggested we sit on the same side. He loved that!! Aren't all these touches just natural? I am a touchy person, my love language is touch, so all you tell here is so natural... that's the way I touch the man I feel a connection with. The strange thing is that sometimes my 'sassy touch' or 'I'm interested touch' is seen as a green light for 'sex'?!? Really? where did a missed something? With a man who's love language is touch it all flows naturally... and if the interest it mutual we can go from the sassy touch to the lust touch in just hours.... I'm in a long distance relationship and I wish I can touch my boifriend right now. My imagination starts becoming so vivid every day, I desire him, want to touch him everywhere and make him do the same towards me. Unfortunately (maybe it isn't proven and we still don't know this about each other) he isn't as touchy person as I assumed. He oftens reacts with arousal, can nearly control himself and it makes him feel uncomfortable. For me touch is definitely my language of love (+ quality time), I love being touched a lot. For him it was really strange to touch my legs not in the bedroom but during some other activities, also outside. He felt lack of confidence and was a bit ashamed, but this kind of touch is one of my fantasies.

Hi Mark, thanks for this! I had never realised how I missed being tactile. My current beau and I connected through touch. On our first date, after I had spent 10 years living a celibate life by choice, he reached out and gently put his hand on my neck and cheek …for 15 seconds and I had an Ah-Ha moment and melted. A few minutes later I took his hand and gently put it back on my cheek. And he too was surprised by our tactile warm connection. The ice broke between us since then.
