@DrCaseyPeavler2 ай бұрын
Thank you for your support and your feedback. Yeah I am not aware of that. If it does happen the fructose would have to first be converted to fat, then broken down to ketones. I have also seen fructose as a backdoor to acetyl-CoA but not directly broken down to a ketone. The polyol pathway is a major cause of pseudohypoxia though. I covered that in the Sugar feeds cancer video. But I am sure I can cover it again!

@@DrCaseyPeavler there’s something uniquely odd about fructose since it’s both a sugar and ketone. Great summary but isn’t the easiest way to improve autophagy and mitophagy to just improve circadian biology through management of light and dark cycles?
@DrCaseyPeavler2 ай бұрын
It is a very important way. The light cycle (when exposed to solar light) will increase melatonin (mitophagy/autophagy/biogenesis) and Vitamin D (mitophagy/autophagy/biogenesis). With true darkness nocturnal pineal derived melatonin will do the same. But obviously that is not the only strategy to employ, especially if time is short in a cancer type situation.

Acid/Alkaline balance = homeostatic base - 7.36 - 7.40. When biology is forced to alkalize itself, the system begins to break down - robbing Peter to pay Paul. Forcible anatomic/physiologic alkalization is an acidic state initiated as a means of survival lest the organism perish via acidosis. It's imperative that the system is provided with proper nutrition as a means to bolster its ability to function optimally, hence, to feed either acidic dis-ease or alkalizing health. @raykinney99072 ай бұрын
@@Fvission So, Red light therapy works to increase mitochondrial energy production to ‘recharge the battery ’(but even more than that), but it works far best only in the morning? They are receptive to that in circadian. A small patch of skin can be enough, or retina, to energize them locally, and then signaling propagates more slowly (hours) to distant mitochondria to join in. Thus, it seems early morning NIR richness is key. Even a single red LED shined briefly in the eye, measured rapid increase. But, ‘blue light’ interferes. R.K QQQ, so red light exposure indoors is best done w/o ‘white’ LEDs on at the same time.?. QQ: What wavelength are the 30 red LED lights around the rim of our hot tub, located just under the water line? Are we getting additional NIR when they are on just before dawn? QQQ: Are expensive red light panels even better, or not really necessary? It appears that NIR -melatonin increase in mitochondria, might have a half-life of around 20 minutes? Or, is there a difference in half-life between mitochondrial melatonin and pineal melatonin??? So, to keep melatonin antioxidant effects present well, every few hours would be optimal to ‘get another hit’ ??? Which apparently could be very brief, on smallish surface exposure (even through clothes), best done w/o other indoor lighting on, best in morning but helpful somewhat anytime? Could this just be done by a quick viewing by retina cells of the best wavelength ( 650 to 870 is used a lot, but not lower ) in a darkness if must be done only w/indoor light environment?? Likely, far better to just run outside for five minutes of daylight every couple of hours!!?!! Even if in dreary rainforest 44 deg. N. latitude daylight? R.K. note: wavelength penetration differences play into this a lot too, so maybe 850 could be best, to reach deeper mitochondria?? And then too, Scott’s optical guiding of physiology in the brain is important! And, I am fascinated about learning more about the light wavelengths in firelight, and how the untold paleo prehistory we have adapted to w/ these wavelengths entering our bodies, must be very therapeutic…. If it doesn’t keep us up too late!?!! And, how can all of this provide insight for inexpensively benefitting PD, AD, AMD etc.???!!! And then too, the cancer environment????

You indicate how a cell can become cancerous but the immune system is present to destroy these cells. It follows that the problem is that the immune system is faulty and tolerates the cancer without killing it. So the solution would be to rejuvenate the immune reaction rather than trying to rescue the errant cell. It's said that the immune response actually can spread the cancer following a biopsy indicating that the immune system itself becomes the actual agent that promotes the cancer. Since many cancer victims are aged then probably the immune system is too old and tired to do its proper job. What can we do to rejuvenate the old and tired immune response?
@DrCaseyPeavler2 ай бұрын
Is it the immune system is old and faulty? Maybe to some degree. But it is likely more the immune system gets deactivated by cancer. How? Lactic acid tumor micro environment. Shut off the lactic acid, immune system can take care of buisness. Can you shut off the lactate and boost the immune system at the same time. Absolutely!

I can understand this is a nuanced issue. Glutathione can likely help prevent cancer by decreasing excess ROS/RNS (oxidative stress). HOWEVER. Cancer hijacks our antioxidant systems (NRF2, Glutathione and glutathione peroxidases). This effectively raises shields for the cancer. So by lowering glucose (PPP, NADPH) and glutamine (glutathione), we are lowering the shields which makes cancer cells extremely susceptible to oxidative stress, and that is where HBOT, high dose IV vitamin C, ozone, photodynamic therapies come in and deliver the knockout punches.

Is Heart cancer a thing? if so why isnt it as prevelant as the other cancers? If I asked you to this already, my apologies for not recalling...

There are exceedingly rare tumors of the heart. But it’s probably not in the top 100 in terms of prevalence.

I'm thinking lack of magnesium and lack of vitamin D as the precursor of the change
@DrCaseyPeavler2 ай бұрын
I think it is many many things. But lack of adequate melatonin and Vitamin D is a HUGE problem. They are 2 of the major internal guardians.

Question on some therapies out there that act as a Trojan horse. One of them is sodium bicarbonate mixed with honey or molasses in that the sugar is the Trojan that brings in the SB to alkalize the tumor environment causing it to fail. Can this really work? There's actually a lot of literature on SB, and how it can be effective, but not on both of them together.

The use of SB and honey doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me. But the use of SB with chemotherapy or natural cancer killers makes a whole lot of sense to me. It’s cheap, safe, and seems mechanistically sound. You need a doctor to monitor your bloodwork that being said.

This guy is obviously very knowledgeable and I have listened to several of his videos already. My question is… why does he talk like a robot with an intermittent speech pattern making it a bit difficult to understand and follow? Are his videos AI generated?
@DrCaseyPeavler2 ай бұрын
To be honest, despite not speaking as well as I would like to, I am improving with time. Part of it likely is how my brain works and recalls information. I speak without a script. And some of it is likely just a general discomfort with public speaking. I appreciate your feedback, but no, not AI.

@@DrCaseyPeavler thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it and did not intend to offend, I was just curious about my AI comment. Best, and do continue to keep us informed. I also experience high anxiety with public speaking but in small groups and one on one I’m fine. Perhaps imagining when making a video that you are speaking to one or two people rather than a crowd will help ease the anxiety. ??? It appears that politicians seem to have the gift of gab when it comes to speaking in public but hardly ever speak truth or keep their promises.

You are about the 100th person to ask if I am AI lol. I wasn’t offended much on the first comment, but now I just roll my eyes haha. No offense to you.

I’ve actually thought about taking a public speaking class locally. I mean I took a mandatory class in college but could have cared less about it at that time.
