@@MekaBen The FALSE allegations were the start of the problems!!!
@MichaelJacksonbiggestFan4 ай бұрын
@@MekaBenyour a twat mate. You do realise Michael was the most famous person on the planet, in order to live he had to spend money and because of those proven false allegations that cost him some hefty millions. Even though it was proven he was innocent, because Michael wanted to help the poor around the world and disadvantaged people he donated over 500 million dollars to charity during his lifetime. And he also unfortunately lost a lot of money when he purchased the catalog of the Beatles for around $47,000,000 in 2007 he bought Eminems catalog for $370,000,000 which is absolutely mental. And you’re correct there, Michael didn’t really have to spend all that money but he did make a lot of profit from Eminem. Michael also bought Neverland ranch for a hefty $19,500,000 but others think he purchased it closer to $30,000,000 plus all the expenses and the rides it was probably an extra $8,000,000. Michael also had to pay $23,000,000 to Jordon chandler’s family because of those allegations that were proven false so why did Michael have to pay them even though there was 0 evidence? Still makes 0 sense to me. Michael also bought private jets. But Michael spent most of his money on jewellery and art. He once spent $4,760,000 on a custom portrait of himself with his pet chimp. And also all of his videos cost millions to make. So shut your mouth Michael was a victim he suffered so much in his life from: abusive childhood, abusive father, abusive mother, he suffered from 2 skin disorders vitiligo which destroys the pigmentation of the skin and leaves the skin sensitive to sunlight, and he suffered from discoid lupus, it causes hair to fall out anywhere on the body, he suffered severe second and third degree burns to his scalp. He suffered from insomnia, body dysmorphia, damaged spine, osteoarthritis, scarred lungs, drug addiction because he was always in pain due to all the things I’ve just mentioned and he had depression when his wife Lisa Marie Presley divorced him when he trusted her most. I don’t think I need to explain anything more, you should do your research before assuming so I shouldn’t have to waste 20 minutes of my life typing it to you. Il never get those 20 mins back. I have some advice to you mate, don’t take your life for granted because at the end of the day every second of your life matters. Don’t waste your life alright mate have a nice life

Im really tired of people always focusing on negative when it comes to Michael. Michael was not a regular entertainer. He was crossing ANY barriers in music industry. He created his life around people who knew can cross “oceans”. He was the first black artist who premiered on mtv. He was donating most of his earned money for charities and helping people around the world. Yes, he wanted to be remembered as a great entertainer and in order to do so he had to do the impossible. Since the beginning of his career he was around snakes and the really sad part is that people he helped and trusted ruined him! THOSE HATERS, SNAKES SHOULD be looking at THEIRSELVES and be so freaking embarrassed that destroyed such a beautiful and pure soul. Nobody talks from Michael perspective and try to be in his shoes. He didn’t had childhood, he was constantly abused by his father, he couldn’t even do a normal things regular people do and the really sad part is that he told us this many many times but yet people didn’t wanted to listen. Finances? Money comes and go and trust me if they didn’t murdered Michael and destroy him, today he still would be a top entertainer making money. Michael Jackson will forever be deeply amazing musician for me and I will never EVER believe in ANY of those allegations. Music is not the same anymore.

He wasn't himself ever again. Musically, Public Relations wise and Mentally. It was only a matter of time. Believe it or not, touring probably kept him alive for longer than he would've. With that much debt, legal fees, frivolous spending and declining record sales, he was bound to hit a dead end. His fate was sealed. I can't say I admire him on a personal or individual level. I agree with you. I remember I was shocked hearing Michael's death. Cuz 3 months ago he just said he was going to hold comeback concerts, when I saw the news of the comeback, I was like "really? He's going to sing again? Good luck!" But all of a sudden he died, how come?! In fact, I didn't know much about Michael's music before his death, I was born in Asia, on the day of the release of Bad album, 8/31/1987. So in my childhood in 1990's without the internet on TV there was very few about his music, but full of his allegations and the rumors about the plastic surgeries. I listened to some of his music right after his death, I found it nice but wasn't a fan. Recently became his superfan thanks to KZbin's recommendations of his videos in 1980's. I finally understood why he is called King of Pop. When I saw the rehearsal of This is it, he was so skinny and could barely dance, I can see he was totally worn out physical and mentally. Of course aging is part of the reason, but I think the rumors, the allegations, unhappy marriages, trauma of childhood were the main causes. Somehow I feel glad he passed before the comeback concerts. Cuz it was impossible and too exhausting for him to sing 50 concerts. He started singing from 5 years old. I mean it's enough, Michael, don't sing, it's enough, you can rest now, just rest in peace 😢

Definitely Michael was a huge spender and was spending more than he was making and it came back to haunt him and made poor financial decisions, though he was making so much from his publishing and the Sony ATV catalog, he kept spending money like it was nothing and also took loans from banks which it made the situation even worse.

Yeah Michael had some financial issues in his later years, but to say he died "broke" is just misguided and incorrect. Being in debt doesn’t mean he was completely broke. Just goes ti show the people around him were didn't have his best interest.

Okay so is being broke something most humans don’t experience? Is it something to be ashamed of? Everyone goes through money problems, it’s normal, and his fans acting like his life was perfect and as if he was a flawless human being that never made any mistakes in his life is super weird.

He should have never fired Court and Derek (read Frank Cacio's book). Had he kept them around, he would not have reached $500 million dollars of debt by 2009. Therefore, if he wanted to do shows again, he wouldn't need to be as stressed and rushed about it (which helped lead to his death). He could have taken his sweet time, and do everything his way, and be the one calling all the shots, (like he did in all of his prior tours). Lots of life lessons can be taken from following the life of the legendary Michael Jackson.

2 things. 1. barehein's Sheikh had the absolute best intentions. That was a huge mistake by Michael cause the Sheikh just wanted to be a part of the MJ experience. Didn't want his money, didn't want him to perform, he wanted to be a part of the experience by working with him in passive income experiences and most importantly be musically involved in an album 2. At a time when people want to make everyone believe selling your publishing is great business. Michael's totally absolute best decision ever was to hold on to his assets (art, publishing, real estate) cause when he passed and finances were arranged his kids became billionaires by selling the half ATV catalog he held on to. They went on to pay off the debt & continue making hundreds of millions thanks to his Mijak catalog which they own today! So he was a spender yes, but a savy businessman as well

This narrative is getting old. He was rich rich and Sony played dirty games. One on one MJ could win, when attacked by an entire industry and the media at their disposal and they still couldn’t bankrupt him. That quite a feat I would say.

Michael was an artistic genius but really poor in wealth management, his drug habits and odd behaviours sure didn't help, such a tragic figure. Music super stars that came after were generally much wiser when it come to handling money, artists like Dr. Dre and Diddy, both have became billionaires long after their most prominent years, perhaps they saw Jackson as an alarming example of what money and fame could do to a person, and to the people around him.
