👨 About Me
Hi my name is JT & this is my story
I remember going to the gym 5 days & sometimes even every day / 7 days a week for 2-3 hours & even though I achieve a physique better than 80% of gym goers I was not satisfy with it because the amount of effort I was putting in & out the gym.
I was tired of that bullshit so I started to listen to Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates, implemented what they preach ( workout less, train to failure, eat a well balanced diet & rest to let the growth process happens ) now I’m stronger & bigger than ever working out 3-4 x a week for 45min - 1hr max = 4 hours a week, now I got time for my family, for myself, to growth my business & enjoy life while still looking & feeling amazing & that’s what I want to share with you 🚀

Thanks for the upload. Dips are fantastic. Did Mike ever distinguish between dips for chest vs dips for triceps in terms of form? I learnt that chest dips require you to lean forward during the movement, as well as flare out the elbows, so as to hit the pecs and front shoulders, while a more upright position, with elbows more inward isolates the triceps. Any thoughts?

Glad you like it & on he’s programs he have it on the end of push workout & The other at the end of a shoulder & arms workout, so base on that, I guess he used more for triceps, since in my opinion it’s easier, than doing it for chest & still get some chest work anyways.

The chair dips are a Shoulder impingement waiting to happen

Dips are as dangerous as bench presses, squats and deadlifts if you can't do them. If you know how to do them, they are no problem.

I'm pretty sure he got monstrous (not really more impressive than other pros) chest and triceps mostly from steroids which killed him at 49

One has to have good to excellent genetics for steroids to make a big difference.
