🏆 My Goal 🏆
Is to eliminate the gym bro issues ( working out 5-6 x a week for little to no results)
with the HIT HEAVY DUTY / HIT (High Intensity Training) methods from Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates & Arthur Jones. you will learn how to maximize your muscle growth & cut down your gym section time while getting stronger & bigger faster in a matter of months.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
👨 About Me
Hi my name is JT & this is my story
I remember going to the gym 5 days & sometimes even every day / 7 days a week for 2-3 hours & even though I achieve a physique better than 80% of gym goers I was not satisfy with it because the amount of effort I was putting in & out the gym.
I was tired of that bullshit so I started to listen to Mike Mentzer & Dorian Yates, implemented what they preach ( workout less, train to failure, eat a well balanced diet & rest to let the growth process happens ) now I’m stronger & bigger than ever working out 3-4 x a week for 45min - 1hr max = 4 hours a week, now I got time for my family, for myself, to growth my business & enjoy life while still looking & feeling amazing & that’s what I want to share with you 🚀
The information on this KZbin Channel and the resources available are for educational and informational purposes only.

@@MikeMentzerHITBearer I followed the Ideal routine with a 500 calorie surplus, and a 200 gram of protein diet. I did do the HIT routine described above. But towards the end I had to replace the Squat with Leg press because of ankle mobility issues. I also didn't didn't warm up, taking the advice of Drew Baye that we are already warming up with the first couple of reps since we are moving so slow. Unfortunately I didn't include an ab exercise, since Mike forgot to add them into this audio clip so my abs aren't where I want them to be.

I understand the part that we have to give time for our muscles to recover, and I like how the program looks but I don't like that part of training chest and back once every 20 days almost, and the same with arms and delts. This works ive trained as natty for 9 years now i thought i reached a wall and couldnt get more. since doing mikes stuff ive gained a 1.2 inches on each arm and grew my chest by 2 inch its riducolous. Probably grew in other places which i can tell by eye but i dont measure. This deffo works its best for nattys as easy to track progress just concentrating on 1-2 exercises per muscle and 1 all out set. Write down your rep number for each exercises and what the weight is when you can do 10 reps of an exercise jsut add the weight itll drop your reps down to 5 - 6 and just keep going to you get that to 10 reps then repeat. Ull be mind blown

I'm currently trying this program out though I changed it from 1 set to 2 sets to failure, the quantity of reps lowers a lot from the first to the second set. I used to work out 4-5 days a week now I'm keeping true to the 4 day recovery break between training days. I'm hoping as a natural and 2 years into bodybuilding that this new change in my training helps me get out of a plateau that I've been experiencing for half a year now. Will be updating upon seeing changes or not.

Does anyone actually take 4 days of rest? I’m genuinely curious, I’ve been incorporating these concepts with great results. But I like to go to the gym 4 times a week and make sure the same muscle isn’t trained more than twice a week. One hard set of each exercise.
