I just paid some dude and his gf in my city $140 for 4 hours of work cus lazy people like me don't wanna clean our own cars.😂 They pulled up in a car, pulled out a generator and all their equiptment and left my car looking brand new. Use an online platform for making appointments that allows for deposits (say 10% of the cost). If customers cancels within 24 hrs, they lose the deposit, since there isn’t enough time to find another customer.

man...you said it...it takes time and you work. Doesn't seem like it, especially to "regular people" and Some wonder why it's $ 150 and up for a detail. I make the roughly 50 bucks/hour at my regular job just as I make at detailing (roughly)...but I use more brain power at my regular job. I just enjoy the detailing a lot, cleaning and how people feel about the results....but man, it's taxing, constant working during that 1.5 hours plus.

Take from a guy that has 8 years under his belt. Every car is different, you could have 2 Honda Civics, one could take you 45 minutes to do, and the other could be 2 hours. It all comes down to what condition the car is in.
