Hi Gerald I am a subscriber of your channel and watching a video this video right now. I really enjoyed the video but I had one question I need to ask you about something that you mentioned that if you come in on a balikbayan Visa that you do not get an ICR card I was wondering how I could obtain the ICR card and using the Balikbayan privilege. The reason I’m asking is because I was told in order to get my drivers license I needed an ICR card. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Hey Gery if your ever out with in the next 10 days or so and you're in downtown dumaguete close to immigration do you think you could pass by there for a minute and see if they're open for business and if they change their hours at all during this crisis i have to get my passport stamped before the 14th sometime and i got to work out the details

I will go by there Monday morning Larry. I'm hearing rumors on other islands that there will be a 2 week shutdown of banks, food stores and all businesses. Dumaguete is behind other islands. We do not have home lock downs yet and we still have free movement. Lots of businesses are already closed.

Hey Larry, I went to the BI office yesterday and their hours are from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Friday. make sure you bring a mask. If I were you I would get there as soon as possible. Duma is tightening restriction even more starting this Friday. Hope this helps.
