Don't know if a video is out there but would love to see a video on the physician and CRNA dynamic; there is a lot of toxic information online ie reddit. Would love to see an honest objective discussion on what to expect, what the realities are, what your experience has been and what advice you would give. Also on independent practice. This might be an entire video on its own. Thank you for all you are doing.
