No problem at all! I used ddproperty, that's also what all my Thai friends recommended. It is very easy to use, I would say it is apparently slow to update so sometimes properties show as being available but they've already been rented.

I looked at Hua Hin, Pattaya and Bangkok. I'm seriously considering a move to Jomtien. No motorbike, don't drink, moving single. Looking for a 1 BR between $295-450 USD. Thx f/ the content. I'll be back there June 22

Oh in Hua Hin and Pattaya the cost will be a lot less which is good so you will be able to save more. I guess you're already there by now so I hope you're having a great time!

You're welcome, I hope it helps! Yes I found transferring the money monthly really helped, otherwise I'd probably think I was rich and spend it all in a few months 😂 Of course, I went to Elite Fight Club in Bangkok. I believe it was a bit more expensive than some other places, but that is more down to the location. It was very friendly to women and foreigners which was great, also there is a gym above that people would sometimes use after class 😉
