It's a beautiful design. The interior is especially impressive. Two issues for me though. The engine is shoehorned in there, so servicing costs down the line are probably going to be ridiculous, and Lincoln's parent brand, Ford, is the most recalled in the U.S.

@ironman985 ай бұрын
Are you referring to the round drive mode selector wheel? Or are you referring to the electronic parking brake lever? Those are the only two switches better in the area where you described. Also, how do you like your 2020 aviator? How many miles do you have on it? Any engine issues? Somebody mentioned their 21 was having engine issues.
@drummer70065 ай бұрын
As of June 28, 2024, there are 51,000 miles on my 2020 Aviator. Never had trouble with the engine or transmission. The only weird thing that occurred was the "blue screen" issue, which took Ford about 2-years to decide to resolve. The fix was simple - replacing the rear camera. I used to keep cars for 100,000 miles plus, but these days, I prefer to purchase a new car every 5-6 years. I have only one vehicle at this station in my life. I have had Ford Explorers since 1993, but upgraded to the Aviator in 2020. I am glad that I did. Now I'm trying to decide if upgrading to the Black Label model is worth the extra $$$. FYI - average mpg = 23, which I think is fantastic for a large, heavy vehicle.
@ironman984 ай бұрын
@@drummer7006 okay thanks for your reply. I appreciate your information. I would say upgrading to the Black Label trim level depends on what kind of aviator trim level you currently have, and what packages are currently on it. The Black Label pretty much comes with everything and in my opinion looks better than anything out on the road. 2020 Black Label aviators are hard to find especially with decent mileage around 50,000 Mi or so give or take, and are at a decent price around 40K or so. Very hard to find. You would be better off finding a Reserve trim with the technology package which would add the Adaptive headlights, glowing Lincoln front logo badge, premium Sound system, and Motion sense seats.
