Hey! So either you can approach your college's training and placement cell and request them to invite companies in core sector. Or you build your skills in such a way that you get hired in core industry off campus.

Sorry but This is way off the actual Scenario! Engineering Campus Salary is around 7 to 9 LPA across all OEMs be Hyundai, Bajaj, TVS, Maruti, Kia, RE, KTM PG Engineer base salary starts around 13 - 16 LPA Been in this industry since 6 years

B.Voc is a new course, equivalent to Diploma in Automobile Engineering. As it is a new course and many less colleges teaches B.Voc, it is difficult to pursue Master's or PG after it. Usually good engineering colleges in India and Abroad prefer B.E. or B.Tech in automobile engineering while giving admission in Master's or PG.

I couldn't find much about the college, but it seems to be a good one. Also, I always recommend students to not rely on colleges and universities to provide them placements because its mostly the skills and knowledge of the students that can create their future and today's world has made it possible for students to directly reach out to companies through social media platforms like LinkedIn. Although, yes this way is not that easy and you can get what you want.

Hi! I trust by now you would have decided in which domain of automobile industry you want work in, as in Designing, Production, Sales and Service. Build a strong resume/CV, and try to apply for the as many companies that are working in your domain. Dont wait for big brands to reply, also try with your local brands, there will be local companies that are not well known but they work in designing and manufacturing parts for other brands, apply in them as well. If you are into vehicle maintenance, go for service centers, be a helper/technician there, you will learn alot. I trust this answers your question. And if designing and manufacturing is your domain then dont stop yourself from working in automobile industries only, you can change your field of work there and work in designing and manufacturing of different products then just cars or motorcycles.

Nahi, meine degree Parul University mese ki thi. Service centre mein service advisor ki basic salary Rs 12000 per month hoti hai, iske upar unhe incentives bhi milte hai based on kitne gadiyan unke naam pe service kari ho. Manufacturing mein bhi starting salary Rs 12000 hoti hai jo ITI pass out ko milti hai, Diploma pass out ko Rs 13000 per month hoti hai, aur degree pass out ko as Graduate Engineer Trainee hire karte hai, jinki starting salary Rs 15000 per month hoti hai, jo company to company change hoti hai, koi company Rs 20000 bhi deti hai, koi usse zyada bhi deti hai

Bro take 2 cases, Case 1 : I pursue Mechanical Engineering from a decent collage and then I went to campus placements Case 2 : I pursue Mechanical Engineering and then grab my degree and I go to IIT for further studies through GATE score. So what will be the salary in both of the above cases ? and can I increase the salary of 1st case in time I complete IIT ? If yes, By how much ? Thank you

So clearing GATE is tough and if you cleared it in the first attempt with amazing score then of course Case 2 will be have better salary package, which I suppose you should ask someone who has pursued the path for comfirmation.

Also many are not aware of what skills and knowledge it takes to work in the R&D of an automobile company. Students usually think that it is the universities job to give them placement, but it honestly is the student's job to be capable enough to not rely on the university to get a job.

So i got this information from my friend who is pursuing higher studies in Germany. "Yes it is worth pursuing master's in germany, you can expect packages between 2500-3500 there. Select universities/college that is surrounded by industries and there is a difference between Hochschule and Universities. Like Hochschule can provide better hands on experience while universities focuses more on research study."

Almost Rs 10000 per month, if you dont get a job through college placement. If you are getting placed through college placement you can expect a salary between Rs 12000-Rs 14000 per month

Ab mere bachelor's mein vehicle maintenance ka subject final year mein tha, mere diploma mein to pura ek semester industrial training ka tha jaha meine technician ke helper ke tarah kaam kiya and that definitely taught me more than the subject of vehicle maintenance in my bachelor's. So yes padhaya to jayega lekin apko hands on experience gain karna padhega. Free time mein nasdik ke mechanic ke saath kaam karo, sirf tools ko pehchanna aur unko use ko janna bhi badi baat hoti hai Bohat logo ko to yeh tak nahi pata hota ki bolt/nut konse direction mein khulega aur konse direction mein tight hoga
