In this video, I reference largely the salary range of the Singapore Army because it is very much similar to the SCDF and SPF.

I Served NSF Since 16 March 1988. Those Days, We Received Monthly Allowances, as Per The Enlistment Act. We Don't Receive Salaries, Unlike Workmen. Not sure What's Happening Nowadays. Salaries; Refers to Employer-Employee Relations, versus Enlistment Allowances.

sorry bro but the pass with incentive reward only goes to NSMen, not NSF. And also, NSMen IPPT Rewards are a little higher than the NSF counterparts

How to go for Radiological Defence or Explosive Ordinance Disposal after BMT?

In BMT you can only indicate if you want to be a spec or an officer. If you become a commander in SCS or OCS then you probably can indicate your interest nearing the end of your course depending on your batch. But from BMT to those places I think it really depends on luck

@@chionglun So in BMT if one really want to go OCS or SCS need to indicate during interview with the PC? The pay of a Sergeant vs Officer is quite a small range.
