God I love this truck!!! What's it like on diesel? How's your mpg looking with the turner? Can't wait to find out how good she still tows! Your videos are a dream!! This is coming from someone who just doesn't want the 2500 and all that truck but a little bit of a big truck status.

Dude thanks for all the nice words! It’s runs great, 18.2 mpg in town right now. I’ll test out freeway in a couple weeks. Yeah these midsize done up is where it’s at. Only thing is you have to keep them, because aftermarket things don’t hold value with these little trucks. I can’t never sell this for what I have in it. But, I probably won’t ever sell it. I love it too much haha

@nathanielegbert 18?! That's incredible!!! I've got a v6 colorado, and all I have is 31 BFG A/T's and still don't get that good on the highway/freeway. Honestly, I'll keep it forever and when I do a build like yours. I'll keep that one forever, too. I do agree on the aftermarket stuff. I spent about 5 grand on an airsystem with air horns and tank for airing up tubes, tires, and such for the truck, and I'll never get that back. It is sad, but if I had a truck like yours? I'd admire her every day and make her my weekend driver just so I'm not putting the miles on her for driving just to work and back. She is impressive and stunning. I've got a 6x6 atv I haul around with a second atv with gear from time to time as well. that's about 3,000 lbs. My MPG is not even in the teens. I can't wait to get a z71 diesel longbed!! I just don't want the 2500 Silverado. Too much truck I'll never push and put to its full potential. Also just too big for my opinion.

@nathanielegbert oh man!! I've got your videos tagged forever so I have them when I start my build in a few years. You've got a lot of things I want to do but there's also a lot I'll do differently. Yeah, a 2500 would be nice but I don't need that big of a truck, or the big of a bill. Not only for insurance, but truck payment, and diesel payments to fill up weekly. Just don't have a reason, use, or purpose to have a truck that big at all.
