Add a bit of glycerin to the sulphuric acid in the bath it makes a big difference in reclaiming the gold and and helps with less carryover when removing your copper basket.

And you should butba battery between the charger and the cell it evens out spikes your cell will run more efficiently and cooler also cell shouldnbe in a chilled water bath

1.8g that was very good from 69g of springs. I think so anyway. buy some more if you can get them:). your using millimeters now...did you check out the videos I mentioned about gravity filtration in the comments on last video..that was excellent video. just beimg curious. for the sake of knowing would it be worth while to process the gold springs in A/P to see if any gold was left behind. it would detemin if the stripping cell is good. sometimes i think it leaves some gold behind. maybe not in this case as you got a very good tiled.. I have 1.78kg gold RF connectors to process.im going to do them in a stripping cell and then maybe acid bath/AP to see if anything was left behind. I'll put a video up on my channel. sorry im going on a bit.;)

You dont want to put anything like this thats made to spring thats copper because it contains beryllium. A metal you really should aviod and this is the best method

Can managing this spring not be done by using HNO3, I have that material, but I'm confused about processing it because there is an iron base material, and also seeing your tutorial, I'm confused??

Yes, they contain iron, so I think the sulfuric acid solution is simpler.

So how much nitric did you use? Pre mixing AR is a waste of nitric when you can dissolve 4 troy ozs with 35mil nitric and 400ml of hcl

I used 100ml because it sufficiently covers the filter.
