Long time RS player and took a break before this got added, so my first time in motherlode. Good video to get me up to speed. Mining was close to my heart back in 2007 so looking forward to getting some time here.

Awesome! I love the motherlode mine Mining was one if my favorites as a kid, I wanted to have the highest mining/smithing so I could hook up all my friends with free armor. When I came back to old school one of my accounts was a mining skiller so I spent a lot of time down there. Chill spot fs.

Oh totally! I loved mining on classic and when I hit 99 on my main, I wanted to mine the adamant ore that's by the scorpions in the dwarven mines. That was my goal in classic when I saw it the first time so I figured it was the best way to finish my account. Thank you so much for the comment!

Bro, i feel you on that satellite internet. Surprisingly maplestory was ~playable on satellite internet. I would hop between runescape and maplestory. I would have to visit a friend's house to play xbox live or something

Maplestory I didn't even think about! Yeah satellite internet was a rough time for sure lol. Paying triple the prices for like 1/1000th of the speed. It was a humbling experience for sure but I'm thankful because without that, I probably would have never played Runescape.

Daymn this update was game changing no pun intended :p do you get more spaces per level or if you buy the upper level? Love the positivity

From my knowledge you only get extra space from the upgraded deposit sack. It also looks like the max is now 108 without the upgrade and 189 with the upgrade. Upper level also means the ore veins last longer too so you can get more from it. I feel the upgraded sack isn't as needed now but I highly recommend opening the other level asap when you can! Havent played in like 15 years since the day they introduced the GE and stopped trading for a time before rs3. The orher day i made a new account after not being able to recover my main account. I instantly did smithing to 99 so i could start actually playing with decent gold to do skills. Ended up just over 500m. Im enjoying skilling.

If you are making any sort of ironman, you have some options but you are very limited. Al Kharid mine is going to be your best friend if you are making a regular account because there is a triple iron spot which is the most exp you can get on a f2p but there are scorpions that aggro you. But you have to drop all of your ores doing the power mining method. But you can mine coal and mithril in the Dwarven mine as well for money + some exp to get things together for the future smithing grind. Hope this helps!

You are so correct that I said I was going to say something and totally skipped that part. I gained roughly 45k exp per hour at the level I was at. It wasn't the most efficient way of playing because I messed up a few times still getting used to the new hopper lol. For the future videos I will be providing both exp and gp. I learned my lesson from the past 2 so I apologize for that. Thank you so much for watching!
