this hair loss is totally normal, especially when you wash your hair less often or have curly hair xx

Thank you for this!! I lose a lot of hair like this as well. Ever since I switched to washing only once a week my hair loss in the shower is like yours or more. Brushing my hair and massaging it before I get in the shower helps keep the amount I lose in the shower to a minimum. Otherwise I run out of wall space for my um "hair art" 😅

I have curly hair and I don't lose nearly as much. And I also don't brush my hair between washes. madam please see a doctor
