Use a wide-toothed neem wood comb to detangle the hair. Massage mixed lavender oil into your scalp for relaxation. Eat leafy spinach and lentils. Apply liiitleextra coconinon nourishing shampoo and hair oil. These methods helped reduce my hair fall.

The cocoonion hair oil by liitlllextra feels extremely intelligently created. Its ingredients within the oil are very effective in hair fall control. I've never seen such an amazing oil in my life. My hair has become very smooth and fresh baby hairs are growing. The oil does not remain in the hair post a wash.

100 to 120 hairs per day. And if you wash your hair only two times of week and you get in the shower and wash your hair dont freak out if you see more then 120 hair's, thats because most of the hair that we lose every day does not fall and gets stuck to the hair that didnt fall, so it only comes off during shower. Thats why people who wash their hair everyday say that they dont lose so much hair, because they are removing the dead hair in the wash, and people that only wash their hair only two times of week say that they experience more hair loss when in fact they probably dont but they see more hair falling because they stay more time without washing.

I recently started saving my hair 2ish years ago and what I discovered is that it does not matter if you lose a little hair every day when you brush. The reason that it does not matter is that you have so darn much hair on your head and the undergrowth will cover the little you lose. I even used a sheer twice around my head because it looked horrible and took away a bush of hair and I my hair still looks like a full set of hair. A thinner hair is just looking more natural, you should only worry if you start getting chunks of hair every time you brush your hair. I lose maybe 5-20+ long hairs every day and nothing really changes, I also lose short hair because it does not matter if the hair is long or short, it has a life cycle. It was a little scary to lose hair when you wanted a full set of long hair but you will want to thin the hair out anyway because it might look like a thick mess if you do not, my hair looked horrible and I have really thin hair, but lots of it. Long hair also looks very different from short hair when you shed because one long hair might curl and look like many. The worst part about having long hair is that it will clog your drains if you allow it..

fifteen year old dude here, I buzzed my hair 8 months ago and saw my terrible hairline. It really shocked me, and it made me really insecure. It was a progress of a couple months for me to get over a fear of balding which included me looking at old photos and videos where my hairline was the same as it is now. Now my hair has grown out a good amount again and it now has some curl to it which is nice i guess, hate how the wind is now my biggest enemy. What I’m trying to say is that some times you come to the realization that you have for example a bad hairline, or maybe a mole somewhere and that’s fine. Just don’t excessively worry about it.

Well, thank god I am not losing my hair. It's just shedding and breakage. Not hair loss, I am scared to death of losing my hair at a young age. My long hair pretty much is a self-expression of how I feel so it's something emotional. But I also feel like it looks way better than the short hair I used to have as a kid usually, I always prefered the look when my hair was longer.

If i dont use hair product, after showering and combing my hair it looks very good, but later it becomes all fritzy and is very bad. What can i do to solve this problem.
@AGQ7204 жыл бұрын
My hair is pretty frizzy as well and naturally curly, and this is the best thing for me (may not be for you b/c everyone is different) is to just moisturize it. I shampoo every 5-6 days, but use sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. They have an amazing one on amazon for $25 by PureNature. I will also use coconut oil from VivaNaturals (on amazon) and a leave in conditioner from TeaTree. I don’t use these all at once, but alternate and use different ones when I feel like it. I don’t brush my hair or comb it. Dont run your fingers through it throughout the day because you’re just making it frizz more. Just set it, and forget it. I don’t blow dry either. Dont rub your head when drying, but rather pat it down. Hope this helps. Just to get a picture of what my hair is like, if I play with it too much it’s a frizz ball, but once well moisturized, and I leave it, its almost exactly like Timothee Chalamet’s hair

People really don’t realise how going bald or even losing hair freaks out a lot of young men, I’m 17 and have already started to lose hair (confirmed by a doctor lmao) and under going treatment. I was going paranoid by continuously seeing my hair fall everyday and every time I ran my hands through my hair, one or two strands always plucked out. Honestly, it just feels so much better now that I know that I have MPB and can postpone it hopefully instead of constantly being in a state of restlessness, always checking my hair in my mirror after like every 2 hours or so. My advice would be to just go to dermatologist or a two (for second opinion) and get your scalp checked especially if you’re freaking out like I used to. I watched 10-20 videos on this and still couldn’t formulate a solid opinion and the stress was becoming unbearable so I just went to a dermatologist and got checked, best decision I’ve made in 2020

My hair looks likes it’s falling out, ik it’s not male pattern baldness tho, my hairline hasn’t receded, and my crown is fine, however I see openings on the very top of my head and see some of my scalp on the back of my head

So I never in my life (until covid) have had long hair. Like never. The longest it was was maybe 2-3 inches on top. Now it’s almost shoulder length. But I’m very worried because anytime my hands touch my hair there are hella strands that just seem to come off. Especially when it’s wet. It’s kind of disturbing but hearing the 50-100 strands a day makes me feel a little better…. But still it’s very disturbing how much comes out on a daily basis. I can’t touch my hair without hair coming off in my hands or my come etc. I took a pictures of the hair that came out after washing my heart yesterday….and it would have been more hair had I continued to touch and run my fingers through my hair it would have continued to come out it feels like.

I’ve been growing my hair out for about a year now with only having two trims. And even tho I had a trim 6 weeks ago I’m noticing that I have dead ends does anyone know what I can do to fix this I plan on just not washing my hair as much and getting another trim in about a month or 2

Pls answer my question. Why are there white bulbs in some fallen hair? And why are there no white bulbs in some fallen hair ( the area is black instead of white) ? Which is an indication of hair shedding and hair loss?

So I grew my hair for an year, but decided to trim it down extremely short after that. I noticed that there were less hair in around front middle part of the hair and rest of the hair was alright. Should I be concerned or will it go back to normal. People in comments

I never had extremely long hair before but due to the quarantine in my country my hair has gotten long and the amount of the hairfall is certainly terrifying.

Hi guys! I have a couple of questions regarding to my hair growth. I’m 18 and I have a thick, bit wavy hairstyle, and I live in Indonesia (tropical country with 27-30 degree Celsius per day). This is my first time growing out my hair and my goal is to reach shoulder length or more. I have oily hair after 2 days of not shampooing. Is it okay if I still use makarizo hair mask to achieve healthier hair? Is it normal if I shed hairs everyday and are my hairs ACTUALLY growing? cause when I see myself on the mirror each day, I feel like It stays at the same length. Can you guys also help me to find a suitable shampoo because I’m very confused (I’m using the mane n tail horse shampoo right now and conditioner as well) Thanks you to anyone who can answer my 3 questions and I’m sorry if I wasted your time! Peace!

How's Your Hair Growth Journey Now Bruh ? I Have Been Growing For Roughly 1 Year 3 Months And Its Upto My Shoulders. I Have Kinda Curly Hair. What's Worrying Me Is I Wasn't Losing A Single Hair 3-4 Months Back While Combing And Shampooing Or Whatever But Now I Lose 3-5 Everytime I Run My Fingers Through My Hair. Hairfall Is Around 100-150 Hair A Day.. Dang It

one thing im curious about is how do we have long hair if we shad 50 to 100 strands a day? If it lets say rotates between the strands, dont we someday end up with short hair since the shaded hair wont be growing back as fast and long before the shedding process?

There are also some great channels that focus on the topic of hairloss and dive into the subject much more deeply. More Plates More Dates Kevin Mann, Hairliciously and the Hair Loss Show are probably the best. Hair loss is more common than one would think, if anyone is concerned about it, its easier to prevent it than to regain lost ground. Don't be like me and think you're not predisposed even with no history in the family, sometimes you just got unlucky. Cheers

Yo Luca idk if you’re gonna respond, but do you ever just see hairs on your shirt or in a hair tie/scrunchy throughout the day like you said 50/100 hairs a day is normal. Like do you just see hairs on your shoulder all day long?

I have long hair and I think I'm experiencing a critical hair loss 😭. When I put hand in my hair, everytime I got 2-3 hairs in my hand 😭. Plzz help me, I'm very 😔. It's seems that I'll be completely bald in coming 2-3 months, as I've seen the speed of my hair fall.
