6 month barber here. I’m making about $1000 a week after booth rent. (30-40 cuts a week) The more experienced barbers at my shop are making $1500-$2300 doing 50+ cuts a week. Becoming a barber is the best decision I’ve ever made!

Bossio the Boss! Period. I just left a barbershop (commission) after 2 and a half years. I’m working in a salon suite now. it hasn’t even been 3 weeks yet and I’m already at 12k. My own family still tries to get me to go work for the IRS or post office. Wild. Treat it like a career. Treat your clients like people! Not dollar signs. Have a system. You will get there. Also…. I don’t do many “blurry” fades. Most of clients just want a professional, consistent nice cut.

Started getting into barbering about a year ago and watching all the big barbering yotubers. Anyways I will be getting married by the end of year and then I’m going to start my barbering journey. I just want to thank you bossio and the stuff you do for the industry. Truly inspirational 💪🏻

A "Water your Grass" segment if it's like this, would be INTENSE! I've been licensed and working in shops for over 30 years. Listening to your content has pointed out to me, I need to get educated. But I honestly don't know where to start or what I'm looking for. I'm embarrassed to write this, but I think it's more important to reach out than to keep settling for dead grass. Thanks, Mr. Bossio for letting me know, I can do better.

I'm heartbroken listening to you guys how much money is in the industry in America. I'm from Hungary, and the average price for a haircut is 15-20$, booth rent is 200-300$ a month, comission is over 50% in most shops. You can still make a living, but your calculations sound much better over there😬😕

Always hearing that barbers dont make good money this helps a lot. But I am worried that my area wont make me good money, there are good barbers out there but i see their shops empty.

Hey bro, start watering it at night time, my wife does it and it makes the biggest difference. IDK why she does it, but apparently it helps the sun not fry it.
