This is why Chris is on another level apart from other KZbin barbers. I made the choice at 28 years old with a 3 month old son to do a 180 and switch careers to become a barber. Something I always was interested in but snubbed off for ignorant reasons. But I came across Chris’ channel and have not only gotten so much knowledge on how to become a quality barber but also how to just be a better, more successful person overall. This man right here is consistently dropping mental jewels and you can tell he’s just a genuine, good hearted human being. My morning routine consists of Wim Hof’s guided breathing exercise meditation followed by a quick yoga routine, and at the end of my shower I turn the water on all cold for about 30 seconds and by the time I get out I feel like a superhuman ready to face anything the day throws at me feeling great in mind body and spirit!
