Thanks for the breakdown. It's always interesting to see what other people pay for weddings. My husband and I eloped in 2018. We had our two witnesses and the officiant and that's it! I paid $280 for two dresses (one long for pictures and one short for dinner) and my husband used a suit he already had and just got a new shirt for $45. Rings were simple bands for

Expensive wedding is overrated. You spent so much and even in debt just to impress some people you don’t caRe about. Even funnier when you divorced after the expensive show lol

It can definitely cost a lot! I'm personally glad we went the more affordable route. If people want to spend more though per their own values, totally understand as it's a big life milestone. To each their own! :)
