How Much Peak Power Does An AC Refrigerator Draw In An Ambulance Off-Grid

I'm in the middle of doing a ambulance build at the moment. Not to the point of a refrigerator yet, but all this info is so important as I purchase items such as the 3,000 inverter I have. Thank you 👍

The money you save on the refrig couuld be put into other more general use things like Inverter, battery, solar. Keep in mind that kill-a-watt style power monitor is not fast enough to give a true peak but is an approximation. Would guess the actual peak is closer to 0.9-1.2 kilowatt, but inverters can handle short peaks. I like the build. If you don't mind me asking, what's the longest trip you have done so far?
