i am only commenting on the first person that pays 350 with everythin included .. are you crazy .. thats america 25 years ago ... i do not think i can get $350 even if i live in the middle of nowhere

its student housing; meaning you rent only a bedroom of like 16m2 or so and share the kitchen/bathroom with other students. Its also a bit of a run down area far outside the city center. Pretty sure you can rent a bedroom from someone in a bad neighborhood of Seatle or Charlotte for example.
