Gonna fallow this because then I'll know what could push my 04' 1.8T AWM Passat Wagon. Being A GL 5-Speed and Four Motion with fully loaded interior it's not common even when new. 7600 made give or take. In the 2 years the Four Motion where avail. However my motor starts on the 2nd crank and runs super smooth. So I'm interested in seeing how this goes along. Whoever bought the car originally ticked all the boxes for the GL model. Considering my xwife but wife owned it as the 2nd owner it's been well taken care of since our possession. Basically I took care of it because I wanted it soon as her dealer father bought it from the owner who traded it in. 😉 Should know my limits, "The Granny Sleeper" can take. Just make sure you clean those valves up. 😂

Yes! I'm really anxious to see the plug in standalone stuff! I've been kicking it around for a while, but just haven't been quite sure, just because of things like integrating the canbus. (Cruise control, etc)
@COMotorsports3 жыл бұрын
Cruise is possible, but generally not very important for those wanting to do standalone.
@GreatLakesLogger3 жыл бұрын
@@COMotorsports For me the standalone is simply to make tuning easier as I don't really have anyone near me that'll tune it, and eurodyne is a bit of a pain, especially since they don't have anything other than stock base files available for the awm. That's kinda why I'm after cruise control, because it's still gonna be a daily driver.

I might get a ECU master dash too.
