We have declared our home sugar free. Next step is carb free. Quite an interesting thought to have zero sugar in the family home. Xylitol and other clever sugar substitutes now bring us some sweetness in our day.

I juice my fruits and I’m so so healthy. You can’t tell me fruit juice is bad for you and causes cancer, that’s just not true. I can agree that the artificial garbage and added sugar is bad but not real juice. Seed bearing is also biblical. Fruit is absolutely the best thing for people. Fruit is anything with seeds. Root vegetables are also ok for us but not like the seed bearing fruit, which a vegetable is a fruit also if it has seed. Leaf Vegetables are also excellent t for our health. Sugar substitutes are chemicals period and not sugar. Stevia is a seed bearing plant and it’s green. If stevia is green and organic, not white with anything added then it’s good also to sweeten with. We must also remember that Too much of one thing is not good for us. We need a variety. I was giving my husband chocolate because his blood pressure had gone up. I gave him too much over a period of time and it caused him to become so lethargic he couldn’t move. His blood pressure was so very low that we were shocked. And now we only eat a bit of cocoa powder or chocolate that is organic only, in the evenings because it is filled with magnesium and will put people to sleep. It’s very calming. That might be why women crave chocolate at that time of the month. Our bodies need it. It also stops the cramps. :)

Fruit juice is not good if added sugar into it but if it's taken without adding sugar i don't think it's bad
