i agree with your first sentence too haha. we felt we needed more rooms so we didn't knock down that first room. we thought we could either rent it out or use it as a study/guest room.

What's your thought process of choosing instant heater over storage heater?

Cost of usage was our concern. Generally, instant water heaters only consume electricity when in use, whereas storage water heaters take more time to heat up and consume more electricity to operate.

Thats true! However, we were more tight on time than budget last year. hence we got an ID to help us with the nitty gritty!

We use KDK Airy for study room and master bedroom. Bestar Sleek for living room.

@@jiajiongtey8789 no regrets!! very cooling even at level 1. can't vouch for Airy but my parent's place has been using other KDK fan models for many years with no problem.
