Doc. Ideal way is apply in LinkedIn and through internal reference to Hr inside the hospital. With 5 years of experience, u can apply for hospital and 3 yrs experience u can try for clinics. Then visit the careers page in the respective hospitals website and apply though it. Example- careers.mediclinic.ae/go/Physicians-MCME/5074801/ There is vacancy for consultant neurosurgeon here and last date to apply is April 2024. Similarly u can visit each hospital careers website and check for vacancy and apply there.
