I''m not sure that her design is to resamble a Peacock even her brothre is one, she looks and also behaves more like a Swan

I think so, like her brother, her plumage is white, and her hair looks like a peacock tail unfolded upside down. She likes to flaunt herself and beautify herself like a peacock. If she were a swan, I think she would have a long neck because that's the main characteristic of swans.
