I live up by castle rock, own a couple properties. The price to buy now is double in just 4 yrs.. you could buy a fixer upper 7 yrs ago for 60k.. now anything is 300k at least , totally ridiculous market now for first time buyers. You're an awesome realtor btw!!

I live in the Free state of Florida. Spent 2 glorious years in washington in Vancouver. Love still to this day. I do find home prices stagering. A 600 thousand toll bros. home in vancouver cost about 350 to 385 thousand here in North east florida. Love your show, watch it all the time. Have fun getting rich. At least i hooe you do. Oh, i’m sure you will .

What I find MOST interesting here is that all of these homes way down in the southern most part of WA state are NOT any cheaper than the homes in most of the homes in the subsurbs surrounding the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. Absolutely NO enticement to move down there unless you work down there. That's too bad.

There are some pocket areas where it’s more affordable here but I agree, our pricing since 2019 has skyrocketed
