Can't believe I'm just watching this I started my content creation journey this year and TBH I didn't come in with any strategy whatsoever and I'm even struggling to get views let alone make money from it. To be honest, it's highly depends if the video you uploaded is very rare, like it's not done multiple times in several channel's. If the video is like that, you'll get a decent CPM. For example my channel I base on Entertainment, and sometimes my CPM is above 4 dollars 😯.

The RPM is the final “rate” you receive. While 1,600 is the “amount” received. The CPM is the rate before KZbin takes their own share.
