I find this inspirational. It's definately not a bad thing or dirty. If you have made music products and services that people actually want to interact with and give you money for, then you made your money completely legit and actually gave something valuable to people. They exchanged value for value (they gave you money) for your music, music services, teaching etc. You had to work your a** off to provide that value so they would want to give you money for your services. It's awesome mate and crazy impressive. Money is simply one tool to achieve any number of goals and you prove this in your vid.

Damian, no shame in being successful brother. I find zero discomfort with this and I think other musicians should feel the same way. Just because we love what we do doesn’t mean we should ignore the fact that we are going into business. I’m a full time performing musician blessed to have touched 6 figures a year with just performing (many gigs similar to your story) while being able to come home to my family every day and not live on couches or hotel beds. And I feel proud and grateful every day. I love your story, you are a true inspiration to us all.
