Happy birthday to Sage! Great job recovering from the pregnancy. It's very challenging. When I had my kids, I didn't have time to rebound in between pregnancies, but I was able to reclaim my body afterwards. Your body really does change in many ways after the kids. Thanks for de-emphasizing the scale - it can easily become an obsession. Better to be slightly overweight with better nutrition, muscle mass, and labs than too thin and weak with poor nutrition habits.

At 71, maintaining muscle mass and keeping strong are essential for me. It really is unhelpful that most people concentrate on the number of pounds/kilos lost. You look really fit and well these days Autumn.

Time flies. Happy birthday to Sage. Warm wishes, health to you, your husband, your baby, your family and beloved ones. I've been following you for almost 4 years, I think it was either August or September 2020 that I got into intermittent fasting. My goal is to maintain my current body weight and be as active as I can be. The gym I went for the past 2 weeks closed for August on Friday, yet I am willing to go daily to the beach and swim until it opens again in September. Due to hemorrhoids surgery, I had in 2020, I wasn't eating much red meat and dairy, dairy is still something I avoid. However, I got back into lean ground beef and so far, I've had no issues plus I feel more energized than when I had chicken which is obvious; beef is more nutrient dense than chicken. Thank you for everything and again congratulations :).

Mad respect. I am still stable in my weight. I am 6 feet tall and a stable 195 and 200 pounds. I absolutely don't workout but walk a lot since I don't have a car. I am super happy I found your channel. You are so accurate. I am 6 feet tall and you are right. I changed my diet forever. THANK YOU

Many moons ago when I had my babies. I found breast feeding and generally galloping around after toddlers and go go go. I lost weight. Here it comes……but…….. as the kids got older, going to school etc the weight crept back on. So it’s the years after birthing that is the challenge for me. When I had a 3 yr old and a 2 yr old I was 57kg (125.6 lb). Now I’m heavier than I was full term around (I don’t own scales) 78 kg (172lbs) on a 5 ft frame it’s hello ‘beach ball’ body. Oompa Loompa. ☹️ So Thankyou for all your help and info. Putting in language this nerd ‘gets’ 💖

Thanks for this- I’ve been frustrated because the scale isn’t moving but my body does feel different and clothes fitting differently.

My challenge tends to be in maintaining discipline. I know what do to and how to do it, but actually following through is hard--I give in to temptation regularly! Any tips?
@christina6308-z3 ай бұрын
Whenever I had a hard time following my plan, it was always because my plan was just too hard! Going back to the basics and taking baby steps always made it easier. Then you can slowly build on your plan. The best plan is the one that you can actually do! It's so easy to want to accomplish everything all at once... But we are all human and we are all super busy, so even just a little bit everyday will make a huge difference!

Hi! Love your channel! Is the y week summer program the same as the 6 week body recomposition meal plan? I am not sure which to get. Thanks!

Hi Melissa! Yes, the 2024 6 Week Summer Meal Plan that's available now is what I used for my body recomposition journey. You can find it here: autumnellenutrition.shop/products/the-6-week-summer-meal-plan-2024

This is awesome. I'm about to have a hysterectomy. Is there anything I can do to lose weight after it? I know a big this is the hormones.

Where to find one of these In-Body scales? One would think that it would be a standard thing that's checked when you go for your annual physical at your doctors, but nooooo.
