I am 2 months and a week free today and I’m getting better and happier everyday but I’m still having problem with indigestion and constipation, could you please enlighten us about this indigestion and how long would it last?
@slotman7774 жыл бұрын
Wow I never coughed like that. I used to smoke a pack a day and marijuana too. I would wake up and smoke a cigarette immediately with coffee. Then I switched to vaping and it seemed ok at first but vaping gave me insane burning and chest pain! I feel like that’s more dangerous than cigarettes. Now 5 months free of cigarettes and weed. 1 month free of vaping. Still using the lozenges though. Will drop them soon. Thanks for the great videos

I can relate to exactly what you're talking about. It's almost like you're going into my mind and saying exactly what I'm thinking about my daily routine! I'm drinking coffee and smoking thinking how am I going to break up the routine. Well, I used to buy 2 packs of Cigarettes so I wouldn't run out. What I have learned is if I run out, I can test myself, challenge myself to see how long I can go without a cigarette throughout the course of the day. I have been practicing to quit smoking and going longer and longer Cold Turkey without the Nicotine Patch. Time is also something I don't have. If I make time, it means that Flowers are going to be dead because I chose to be a Florist and sell a Perishable Product. Fortunately things are going back to Normal. As far as Poison, I had a conversation with my Dad about this. He said that even a little bit of some Poisons can kill you! I agree of course. I'm the guy who needs to quit more than anyone else, because (you know me from your live Weekend Session) I have to quit smoking cigarettes or my Doctor's not going to give me my Knee replacement. I need to quit this weekend. I really have to. I have a Big Event to Sell Flowers to the Public and a Regional Flower Holiday "Sweetest Day" I have been cutting flowers for 3 hours so far and I took a coffee break. It's past midnight and I have another hour of cutting to do. Then I have to bring some flowers to the Sports Bar down the street for Karioke Night. I have to go there, because the Promotor and Owners and Patrons are expecting me. I have to Quit Smoking cigarettes because my Orthopedic Doctor is Expecting me and I have been stubborn. I have been following you for two. Years. I got your book. I am going to quit. Chris I am confident that I can and will quit. I'm tuning my mind right now to pick a day coming soon. Thursday or Friday. One of the next Day or two will be my last day/night of smoking cigarettes. I'm going to remove the ashtrays the lighters and not buy a pack of Cigarettes either.

Hi Chris. Greetings from South Africa. I have been using your videos to help me through my quit which is forced as our government has banned smokes during lock down. Any advice to prepare myself flr when they make smoking legal again, I have been 30 days smoke free and I'm really battling.

Same here 😂 5 days into my quit terrified for when they open up the sales again 👀

They will likely legalise them in a week or so. Good luck Sindy. I can confirm that it does get much better after 7 or 8 days. It's the habit that's the issue for me now. Let's hope they leave them banned for another week or two. I bought a mountain bike today to try and break my habits. Hoping the biking bug bikes me and I find a new muse.

Hi Jo, hope you've been finding the videos helpful. This is going to be a tough one but a lot of it comes down to whether or not you want to stay smoke-free after all this is over. Most research suggests that we always do better when quitting smoking is something we want for ourselves rather than something that we feel we have to do. if you're not sure, now might be a good time start thinking about what life could be like for you as a non-smoker, how much better you could feel, how much money you could save etc. If you decide that's something you want, you'll be far more motivated to stick with your quit.

Your videos have been of great help. I have them on repeat basically all day while working from home. Originally, I did not want to quite but I do now. I found that I am able to walk further now. Before I felt terrible pain in my calves within the first 50 meters, now, I walk all over the show, I think bllod circulation has improved and that my calves get enough oxygen now. So I feel the benifits and want more, hence the purchasing of a mountain bike. Anyway, I'll continue to watch your videos and if I feel in a bad spot, I'll watch them on a bigger screen and with the sound turned right up. Thanks Chris, keep up the amazing work.

I have smoked a pack a day for almost 24 years off and on I have tried quitting. I am currently working on it again. I have had a total of 5 smokes today, which is a major feat for me. The morning's are the worst for me. Tomorrow I plan on not smoking at all. Thanks for the ideas on how to deal with morning's.

I know what you mean man. I was also a pack a day smoker for 24 years. I stopped smoking cold turkey one week before I turned 40. I am now 41. I always thought I would never be able to quit. But I can tell you, you CAN do it!!!

Do you ever do trade for sessions? I'm an artist with many gifts and would love to collaborate with you. If you have time or energy for it, I'd love to hear back from you and see if a painting or an 2.0 Intro song would be worth a trade to you. No worries if that's not up your alley. Hope all is well for, namaste ey!
