Self storage has long been one of the best business models because they are cheap to build, and humans are wasteful hoarders willing to spend huge amounts of money to keep junk.

Off shoring HR, sharp, punchy and great for the bottom line however, as the potholes deepen on the road outside the front gate, you may have to consider the game that's made your life has undone your children's.

Richard Heart raised 1.6B online from his KZbin and Twitter audience in 2021. On-chain verified. 40M is cool on Twitter, though.

9, Have him on again. All of those businesses are in my wheelhouse. Love that he is going into the insurance business. That way he can start using the money he pays for insurance to buy more properties. He should look into captive insurance as well, insure against more risk and expense more income to buy more properties.

I give it a 9 because: 1. The conversation sounds authentic(I hate KZbin guru's selling me stuff) 2. I learned a ton 3. There were a few laughs thrown in to make what could be dry topics entertaining

Was Nick talking about Hampton the peer group? I wonder if that was ever announced on the pod before. Not sure how I stumbled upon it but I sort of expected that to be the next business for Sam given the curiousity he always had for paid groups/communities.

I don't think guys and girls should be raised the same tbh life as a male is harder, so they need to be trained to deal with that. Nobody gives af about a dude, we've gotta make it on hard mode. As long as a girl is pretty enough, there'll always be some guy out there willing to take care of them

This is so weak… I’m sorry.. Do it yourself b4 you claim these numbers. 16 properties shouldn’t require another man’s money. Understood banks are no longer partners due to garbage rates.. this is not a flex at all. This is a hand out flex. Respect the execution, I’ll never take that away. That’s huge.. cringe 😬 from the $$$$beginnings sorry.
