I personally am an anxious-avoidant. So I have the anxious side that gets obsessive etc but at the same time I run away and avoid a LOT. It’s the worst if both worlds 😂

From my experience as a woman I have always dealt with no contact & heartbreak through action not talking it out. There may be statistical general tendencies but it's not accurate to portray all women as necessarily passive & never taking action after getting dumped, there is a lot of individual variation among different women.
