The trick is to be at ease with your true self and never allow any men to stop you from taking the energy you give to yourself. Men who take your energy for granted will naturally wear you off and you will loose interest definitely. Who cares more than you yourself. New subbie here. I watched many of your videos and then applied some of your techniques. They worked exactly the way you said they would. Apparently, I've been dealing with a Narcissist trying to make me feel insecure for 2 months. He often talks about his many female friends, and points out lighter vs darker complexions on people. I'm pecan tan, he is from PR and looks white. He said we can be FWBs if that's what I want. I didn't call or text for days and he calls more. I mentioned a guy who offered to help me work on my place. Now he comes to visit more. I wanted to be his GF, but he just may not be the right one for me. That googly-eyed feeling I had is gone. I said we can be friends, no benefits, so he can build me a shed.

One of my favourite videos, there are so many arguments in all the things that you say that allows to truly understand the concept behind. When you use nature to explain it like for example the crocodiles waiting, it reminds me of Einstein saying once that if you look carefully into the nature you will understand things better and it is so clear in the way you said it, it is just perfect. I love your channel, it is not only helping me to control my emotions but also in my work life, family or friends, because I'm more focus in dealing with reality.Thank you so much for your content! It is a pleasure to see somebody putting so much effort and discipline understanding human nature, you actually inspired me to put more focus on my things instead of worrying about people and taking things personally. After all, what I am feeling now is an state of peace and I can trully see the diference in myself: I was always trying to deny my emotions and ,as you said, it was the worst to do, because people will find a way to express them, including us. So, It is better to be aware of it as much as possible and trying ittle by little to , at least, diminishing the magnitude of them to avoid an explosion , depression, etc. I read Robert Greene because of you and I enjoyed it but... I think that sometimes he impress more a dark view in which everything is so wild, people getting to be manipulative which is true to a certain extent but ometimes I just don't match with that energy in which I have to be distrustful all the time, I believe that the way you present the same idea , dealing with reality, it is more peaceful or at least is the way I feel and I just connect with that energy more and it helps me better to apply it in my daily life which I found a little bit more difficult with Greene perspective. You put more the focus on the how and after all it is that what matters, it is ok to have the right mindset but in my case that was the most difficult, to put this mindset into practice.
