How not to build aliexpress watch for under $100

Thanks for the video! So far I've successfully assembled two watches (a 3-hander and a GMT) using parts sourced from AliEx/eBay/Amazon, and I'm currently working on several more. I've had some of the same experiences you describe. Most of the miscues were my fault, but a few were not. I've ordered mismatched components, cut off the incorrect dial feet (I forgot it was for a 4:30 crown), scratched dials, and bent hands. But I've also been sent the incorrect parts, and the pinion holes in some AliEx hands have been improperly sized (too large or too small) despite having been advertised as fitting NH35 movements. I look forward to hearing about your next adventures in watch building!
