I’ve really been digging eating fufu with any kind of stew I make recently. Every time I do it it’s perfection. Definitely want to slowly but surely add more African recipes into my diet. Not for nothing but making your own highly nutritious food vs fast food is the way to go.

How to make fufu you need fufu flour and water put the fufu flour in a bowl then put the water in the bowl that you put the fufu in then mix it up then when it become thick then put it in the microwave then cook it for 6 minutes then you have fufu If it work 👇

I have disliked tofu for a while, but I heard its good depending what you put it in. The only reason I dont like it is because 2 years ago I went to a camp and then I couldnt eat some of the foods there so I asked for the gluten free cinnamon bread sticks, they had a gluten free and regular line for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But when I went to get food i asked for the cinnamon bread sticks and they gave me tofu instead 💔💔
