I'm a foreign citizen of Indian origin , i have a property to sell, after staying in India as a resident for tax purposes will be paying tds at 1% only and then return to foreign again ?

If you are a foreign citizen of Indian origin and you sell property in India after staying as a resident for tax purposes, you may be subject to a TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) rate of 1% for long-term capital gains.
