great explanation, curious how much the chain elongates after a race, but this chain is a non-sealed chain, wears very fast

7k km on a street bike for a chain and sprocket?!?! Maybe if you never lube it lol and don’t worn sprockets get sharper and not smoother?
@MW11-4 жыл бұрын
S19 Pajua i was thinking the same, almost got 20k on mine and never changed it, same for the brakes, in previous episode he said around 5k 🙈

Vanessa this is better but ask more questions like . Why does the sprockets look Stange why isn't it a single piece like road bikes. Are those floating sprockets like a floating disc . Does increasing sprockets size increase or decrease engine braking . Gear ratio ? What are the final ratios and can a rider have different gearing setup. If you change sprockets will it effect launch rpms do you rev harder or set it a lower rpm .

THE INDIAN come on dude. Give her a break. Give her the credit for at least trying
@TheINDIAN4 жыл бұрын
@@Altruistic00 here is the thing she can reach that far . Because she has full access why waste it to lightly packed interviews. She can develop the audience thinking bits and make us a little less dumb . She is already good in keeping the interviewee willing to tell more than what they should.
@TheINDIAN4 жыл бұрын
@Xendex Motorsports she has a dedicated technical expert with her and a machanic . Simon Crafar has none of this and he explains more by telling his experience. But he is rushed off to make a video . And she can do way more than this .

If I get only 7000 km on a chain & sprocket set on a street bike I'm doing something wrong! If you're not dragracing every week those should last at least 30000 *miles.*

Is this guy serious? A normal steel sprocket set and did chain can last 40000 km if maintained
