@@mocake thats the spirit - love or hate but respect for real actions should come on a different road. Even this is out of scope here - there is a reason people say "respect your enemies" or "be near your friends but nearer your enimies" (sorry, do not know how thats sentences is correct in english but you get the idea). You have not to like OG but they are one of the most legal TI champs ever. They was ahead all other teams. I really hope and i think it will happen, that the other teams analyze this TI and adapt what OG did. Will become a most interesting TI 2020.

To win TI isn't something that just happens. There is luck involved, sure, but it comes down to being the best team. In BO3 or BO5 series, the better team over the series wins. There is alot that goes in there: Draft, skill, tactic and execution... currently you have to respect OG that they basically are doing very well on all the levels. Look back at Secret, some time ago you would have thought they have the best team if you just look at the players and their skill level. Didn't manage to win TI though. They didn't work that well as a team if it got rough. OG just works on all levels. I think OG is also so entertaining to watch. Not only do they look as if they're having fun (even if they lose), but they are playing entertaining dota. Action packed, fight oriented... you get to see more action compared to a splitpush or team that's just farming...

Notail carry was the problem Fly cant tell Notail his flaws because he is the best friend its hard to do that. He just lost motivation to play when results he wanted didn't came and when opportunity came (EG) he grabbed it. Notail listened to the community to go Pos 5 and got rewarded immensely. Good for him.

I just watched the full game again yesterday. Imo, its not rtz's fault that he's so underfarmed. Its between OG great map control and lack of space creating from both Sumail and S4. Sumail got a great lane start, and I dont really understand his first item aghs build. And S4, that 1 1 4 build against ench where you can burst him easily with 4 1 1? they got cm aura ffs. I mean, they pick am, a hero who's item timing is everything, but you don't make space for him, instead you're going greedy with your own farm? come on

The problem with cocky players like RTZ is they won't allow themselves to die to win the game/fight. Also they won't adjust their playstyle and "go in" for their team only if they get kills and live thru it, aka. Let others die first.

i agree that AM splitpushing/farming is the best play he could do when OG was pushing highground, but i disagree that AM is a bad pick here. look at EG's lineup they have tiny, and willow a gank squad with tiny willow will kill literally anyone who shows up. this duo lineup of tiny-willow would make INSANE amount of space and attention and fear to the OG lineup which means AM will be able to farm real hard with 3-4 items ahead of OG and basically kill them all. the one who fcked up in the team is s4. the fcker went for 1-1-4 build maxing tree grab, so he has 0 damage in his ava-toss combo to even kill anyone which made OG confident to go in their jungle, farm the lane, and fck them up.

I think his point is that maybe at the late game AM is a good counter, but obviously OG had a good strat on how they pressure lanes which made RTZ farm so slow, AM needs a lot of items in order for him to be enabled or atleast contribute in team fights while jugg provides some utility and has earlier item timings than AM, if you look at that perspective OG just knows how to play against AM. In plain sight yeah AM is a good pick, but OG knowing how to counter AM as a team really shows how it became such a nightmare game for an AM

@@adrianguevara1593 not really. EG's lane is actually pretty good, Ench only wins the lane against tiny once she gets impetus. Tiny actually even beats Ench 1v1 in the lane pre-impetus due to not only having much higher damage for the lane, but also has the kill threat due to the absurd burst ava toss combo against an Ench which has one of the shitiest hp pool in the game problem was stupid s4 went for a stupid 1-1-4 build resulting into a wetnoodle ava toss combo. rtz's lane is against a fckn rubick one of the, if not, the shittiest lane support you could have, and EG even trilaned him with CM+Willow. the harass of the EG supports are lightyears ahead compared to OG. EG's draft is actually much better against OG. their draft is much better at the laning stage, and that advantage will be used to snowball due to the tiny+willow gank squad all while rtz is using one of the fastest flashfarmer in the entire game. the draft wasn't the issue AM is a pretty strong pick for them, they simply fucked up their execution(manly s4head with his stupid outdated tiny build)

I think s4 is to be blamed this game, maxing tree grab when you know that you and mirana are the only ones to create space for AM is beyond my understanding. It feels like everyone is playing to keep their KDA positive so they cannot be blamed. Literally 1 move made in the whole game that resulted in ench kill.

in my opinion, antimage powerspike (manta, abyssal, skadi, butterfly, stuff like that) has mostly expensive item so he should farm faster (the item that can provides only maelstrom *could be updgraded to mjollnir* or battlefury), the drafter shouldnt picked antimage.. correct me if im wrong

Nadir Khellili actually it was explained by caster and analyst in the panel during that day, that mirana has no set up on arrow because ceb is in front line to block the arrow, ceb know tiny maxed 3rd and cant kill him and he knows mirana and am cant kill him bcuz of untouchable, also cm & willow has no damage so also cant kill him, after the game end a dude in the english panel draw an example of what ceb did during clash and ceb blocked the arrow that may hit ana.

AM is good against Rubick ? He usually buys Blink Dagger for initiation, with AM he has blink much faster. With his instant cast and hard lockdown, I would be very scared that he might jump me. I get that when it's the other way around and AM jumps him, he's dead, but that shloudn't happen in high tier game.

I'm 2k, played a few Anti-Mage games, can confirm team-mates flame you in allchat for farming items while they run into disadvantageous fights and die rather than creep-skipping and stalling out the game by clearing creep waves, so you can actually have half a chance at winning.

10:48 well split push is a good way when your team are behind that much but you only can do that when u can push their tier 3 bcoz that can trade their tower. Like rtz case he is pushing tier 1 tower alone with og 5 man pushing tier 3 that is definitely not the tower u wanna trade a tier 3 to tier 1. So you can’t split push or def high ground but what rtz should do is analyze which lane og will push and go steal the creep wave so that EG have tower back door protection this can delay og and get farm after that quickly hideout farm jungle. This way you also have chance to steal their courier if they are careless.

TL;DR: Last pick Rubick, not AM, tricked the lane set up and OG got more out of all three lanes which leaves AM with no space, like this video shows. Just a bad drafting decision. Actually OG had the last pick. They had picked Enchantress, Invoker, Sand King and Juggernaut in that order. At that point EG had seen four heroes and they were probably thinking, and even the analysts and casters were all thinking, that it's n0tail's POS 5 Enchantress, and so it's an offlane Sand King and Pos 4 rubick. In that sense, EG did the right thing by picking AM, whose lane would look amazing cause Sand King as a core suffers laning vs AM. Instead however, after EG picked AM for their last pick, OG last picked a Rubick, who wasn't even for JerAx, it was for n0tail, a hero no one's really seen him play on any professional LAN. It's something OG and a lot of pro teams like to do in drafting phase is to trick the other team into predicting the lanes. What this video doesn't cover is how OG decided to have a safelane Rubick and Juggernaut handle the trilane pressure of an AM who was expecting Sand King, Rubick and Enchantress instead, which would have been much more favorable for the hero. Instead Enchantress had a great lane and so now after trilaning bot and Enchantress pressuring top lane, leaving the AM alone is the only option, but he's stuck in this awkward place in the offlane where it's not safe and he can't farm freely, and the gank in the beginning of this video shows that.

Beside, it's about matching hero in the lane. Some offlane are annoying for carry (ex:enchantress). So carry goes to offlane to avoid opponent's offlaner and laning against opponent's carry instead

It must be pointed out that EG as team did the mistake here to put Arteezy on the AM. They lost by draft and there was no chance for Arteezy. Even less because his team did not tried to hard to carry him. So, it was a bad draft desicion by EG but rhy also was not able to support Arteezy enough. To make this work EG should have brought exeptional good lanes and a big plus vs OG until minute 10-15. That not happens as you showed absolutly right in this video and so it was lost much earlier as most people noticed. I have the feeling, when watching this game again, that you see that EG knows early it is lost. They did not tried 101%. Something what you see from EG pretty often that they add an extra % to fights and win even when the odds are against them. But not this game. They saw it comming.

OG strat is actually like an updated xiao8 squad strat whereas the game within early to mid game revolves around their pos1. Burning had a lot of games with AM where he had actually good pressure from early game, but it compensates from picks that could create space for AM, and could potentially make him unstoppable by minute 12 by having heroes that could buff and protect AM at the same time e.g. Beastmaster, vengeful, omniknight, shadow demon, etc.

Overall i think this is a team mistake. At the early game rtz had huge advantages against jugg, ana have been harass a lot in the game. The mistake that rtz make is he didn’t rush BF earlier instead he go for thread. Imo picking brown boots is enough because threads have delayed his fury. Toplane mistake. S4 didn’t prioritize to level up his toss and avalanche skill earlier, but he is maxing up the tree grab. This is huge mistake because with toss and avalanche combo he can pressure the enchantress more. It end up that no one is really pressuring the enchan and enchan become huge problem to eg

I think Dragon Knight for sumail would be better because there'd be an actual frontliner who can do shit in teamfight. Then you can run RTZ AM cuz DK can create space, or you can get do RTZ razor. The jugg pretty much becomes useless when razor gets a bkb because you just use your static link and soon the jugg's damage is gone. Furthermore, you can't use manta style to dispel because static link is undispelable. This game was EG's last pick, so no excuse.

Even if his team went and played around him and tri laned against the enemies trilane, they have a way weaker trilane, they can't kill the jugg because of spin, rubick sk are strong laners. They'll just continue to feed or limit a.m. farm more while also losing the other lanes harder.

Also AM is not a good hero in all honesty. His build is the same every fucking time. This means that high skill players will know exactly what to do to prevent the AM on coming online. AM needs to get buffed in some way to allow another strat to be viable on him. Combat Antimage with Vanguard, Maelstrom and Vlads is a fun way to run the hero, but the hero sucks and you still end up losing. Valve needs to make alternative builds on AM viable.

Poor analysis because it misses the largest factor of all; that RTZ's inflexibility as a player forces him into a farm-vacuum role where he has no options for pressuring the other team directly in his repertoire. Another player most likely would not have wanted such a greedy core in this draft, and another player might be able to convert AM into an early fighting role to recover initiative (as we saw XBOCT do on numerous occasions which allowed the AM pick to be used as a bait pick by Na'vi in their prime), but RTZ lacks such flexibility.
