When I was younger, I used to say I’d never “act old” like the older folks around me did, complaining about aches that recently surfaced from childhood injuries. Then something outside of my thinking changed. At “almost 50”, I still felt invincible! When I turned 50, it was as if my body/bones said, “oh wow! We’re 50 now”, as if to remind all of my body, including closeup vision to permanently blur, bones to randomly lock, time in jogging miles to instantly decrease, back to injure from a simple random, common twist. In other words, no matter how young we still THINK we are, the body/bones know the truth! Adjustments WILL be made whether or not we want to adjust.
