This is fantastic, this will help so many women to catch it at stage 0, that's crazy I did not even know there was a stage 0.

Chills. I’m so glad you caught it and how you’re telling others. The cure for cancer is early detection. My mom had extremely aggressive cancer with no symptoms and quickly lost her battle. Cancer is such a b*tch.

As someone who's adopted and know very little about my birth family's history, it worries me all the time that I may be at risk. I know my dad passed of lung cancer and most of my family including me have chronic health issues. I wonder if they can still make an accurate diagnosis based on the exam if I don't have all the info

I remember that video... Everyone in the comments was saying she should get tested more because her first test showed a high risk of cancer.

Wow! So glad she was assigned this story and benefited so tremendously from it! I keep tabs on pop-culture related stories. After Khloe Kardashian revealed her facial skin cancer story, not too long after, I noticed a similar spot on my own face. I had it checked out and removed, then topical chemotherapy. If I hadn’t seen the story, I would have likely continued on thinking it was aging or a lingering blemish. Similarly, after Olivia Munn shared her story, I took notice of some concerns with a self exam. I also have a chromosomal defect that led to a critical form of bone marrow a decade ago. I had no idea though, that it was also linked to breast cancer, leaving me at an increased risk. I was proactive and ended up having a callback from my mammogram, detailed MRIs, then multiple biopsy sites. Thankfully they came back ok, but due to my advocating, I will have bilateral breast MRIs/mammography every six months as a preventative measure, since my risk for developing breast cancer (along with other types, unfortunately) is elevated. These types of stories/coverage can truly be very helpful up others! Thank you so much for sharing!

OMG, See how important is a risk assessment test is? One of my parents is very susceptible to have very low blood pressure at almost age 30, it's very likely that I could very well have an "infant" low blood pressure from as early as 15 years old! Maybe even less.
