Admittedly there’s not much outside difference between machine learning and obfuscated blackbox technology, but I think it has gotten worse after the wide adoption of LLMs. Short comments containing any content are probably not going to be filtered, and medium length comments do check for no-no words, but long comments of any kind are almost always filtered, regardless of content. Meanwhile, literal hate speech in videos goes unchecked regardless of length, and whatever rules are being checked for normal creators don’t seem terribly important.
